The Nicebeam Cryo Pro is an inflatable cold plunge tub with a multi-layer insulated construction. Water IN and Water OUT ports allow connection to an optional external chiller. A chiller is not included. The tub can also be filled with water and ice, then deflated for storage in its carry bag.

No. The tub has ports for an optional external chiller and can also be used with ice.
